Name: Brenda Kerttu

Education/Employment: After graduation from Sandpoint High School, I attended the University of Idaho.  There I received my degree in Agricultural Science and Technology Education, with an endorsement in Natural Science.  After substitute teaching for a couple of years, I began teaching 7th Grade Science at BCMS in 2007 and have been a badger ever since.

About Me: I have been married to my husband, Carl, for seven years.  We have two children. Our son, Cameron, is four years old and our son, Chad, is one. I grew up on a ranch/farm outside of Sandpoint and my family moved to Naples in 1999.  Besides my parents, I have 4 sisters.  I have two brother-in-laws and two nieces.

Hobbies/Interests:  Hiking, Camping, Gardening, Reading, Fishing, Scroll-sawing, Drawing, Sewing, and Cooking.  I also volunteer for 4-H and try to stay active in the community.
